Novey has been teaching Pilates since 2021, starting at Texas A&M while earning her degree in Kinesiology (whoop!).
She’s certified in Pilates, personal training, and senior fitness, and loves helping clients of all ages feel stronger, more confident, and at home in their bodies.
When she’s not teaching, you can find Novey reading, road-tripping with her husband, or trying out a new recipe.
Karah has over 10 years of experience coaching and instructing swimming, spin, and Pilates.
Growing up as a competitive swimmer and figure skater, she found her passion for movement at an early age, and loves to show others how movement can heal.
In her classes, Karah aims to make everyone feel seen, safe, and energized, and believes that everyone, regardless of fitness level, has an inner Muse that is strong, resilient, and powerful!
Lola is deeply passionate about health and fitness, and her journey with Pilates has led to a profound transformation in both body and mind.
Through Pilates, she has built strength, enhanced flexibility, and cultivated a more mindful approach to movement. She believes Pilates offers benefits for everyone, regardless of fitness level or goals, and is committed to guiding clients through personalized, effective workouts that support overall well-being, confidence, and long-term health.
Anna is a Pilates instructor with over seven years of experience teaching Reformer Pilates in studios across the Brazos Valley and throughout the Caribbean.
Grounded in a deep understanding of body mechanics and psychology, she helps clients of all ages improve strength, stability, and body awareness for lasting, functional movement.
Anna finds her greatest reward in seeing clients leave class feeling confident, restored, and uplifted—both physically and mentally.
